Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that all custom / personalized orders and sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. Return labels are not provided for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees.

How long does it take to make a personalized bracelet?
The timeling can vary depending on material availability and design complexity but on average, custom designs takes about 3-4 weeks from start to finish. If we are only making small changes to an exisiting design it can take as little as 2 weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do.
Currently, our worldwide shipping services has no limits. We deliver an equal service to all.
How is my order packaged?
We ship using non-descript packaging material. Your order will be packed in a padded envelope. This will keep your ordered items safe during shipment. We do everything we can to send your products as secure as possible.
What are the international delivery times?
We ship internationally with local Swiss post. The international delivery duration varies per country. We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.
